Spectrum Miami Art Show is one of the highlights of Miami Art Week. It has the cool factor, featuring mid-career and emerging contemporary artists from around the world. The fair will be home to galleries, artists, panels, art talks, entertainment and other fair events from December 2nd through 6th in Mid-Town Miami. [EMERGENCE], the theme for Spectrum Miami 2015, explores the act of illumination, the creativity emerging from artists.

Iconic fashion label Burberry Prorsum will bring their classic British design to the opening night of Spectrum in a capsule fashion show of their 2015 fall pret a porter collection.  Prior to Burberry, The illustrious Art Hearts Fashion team and Erik Rosete the producer of LA Fashion Week will show 3 capsule couture collections from international designers who headlined New York and LA Fashion Week. The collections will create an illuminating journey through time, opening with Mister Triple X presenting a futuristic ensemble followed by chain mail creations by House of LiJon and closing with an over the top dramatic presentation by Amato Haute Couture. The retro-future collections will pay tribute to the art of fashion and the timeless brand that is Burberry.

Calgary Portrait Campaign 2015

The fourth annual Fashion Calgary Portrait Campaign Gala at the Jack Singer Hall came to a successful end. Each year 26 Cultural Ambassadors is chosen to represent Calgary's diversity culture, and joined together to celebrate Calgary's unique arts and fashion scene. This year, Fashion Calgary Portrait Campaign is a proud supporter to the Pediatric Imaging Research Program which is part of the Brain Health Division at the Alberta Children's Hospital. All the funds that was raised through the night's silent auction will be donated. Ania Basak, CEO of Fashion Calgary shared her personal story of losing her brother. Till today, she continues to use the love for her brother as a strong motivation to support and help those who are in need. Big congrats to Fashion Calgary to another year of success. 



H&M’s Holiday 2015 commercial is the ultimate celebration of the season. Katy first appears as a fairy before conjuring to life an unbelievable cast of characters, from life-sized gingerbread men, to oversized presents on roller skates and giant teddy bears. The action is fast-paced and ever-changing, with Katy giving every scene her own twist. The soundtrack, 
“Every Day Is A Holiday,” was written by Katy especially for the commercial and produced by Duke Dumont.

This holiday season, H&M is committed to supporting the children in Myanmar with specially-designed gift cards. For each card bought, the H&M Conscious Foundation will donate 5% of the price to UNICEF. UNICEF will then use the money to provide quality education for vulnerable children in Myanmar, where there is urgent need to improve access to basic education. Through the gift card campaign, UNICEF and the H&M Conscious Foundation aim to directly reach more than 350,000 children with quality primary and lower secondary school education in the Rakhine State. The gift cards will be available in H&M stores globally until December 31st.
