Recap: Nordstrom Opening Gala

On September 17 Gar&Mann:L was invited to Nordstrom's Opening Gala for a sneak peak and an exclusive experience the new 140,000 sq. ft. store. About 2,000 guests attended the night's event. Nordstrom underwrites the event and $180,000 from ticket sales will directly benefit the organizations and their programs that support the well-being and mental health of Calgary youth. Throughout the night attendee enjoyed cocktails, dinner and desserts served by Hotel Arts. Fall fashion presentation was given at the second floor in women's contemporary clothing. On the first floor, a stage was set up accompanied by performances given by Canadian solo artist Sean Jones. Nordstrom also offer membership program to collect points toward future purchases. Known for their large shoe selection, brands such as SJP Collection by Sara Jessica Parker (exclisive to Nordstroms U.S and Canada), Attilio Giusti Leombruni, La Canadienne (Canadian brand) and Pedro Garcia. Check out our Facebook Page for more photos here.
